Work shoes
I'm in desperate need of work shoes. I work in a hospital & on my feet all day. Sneakers are no longer working for me. I've tried Dansko but I don't think they are for me. I have plantar fasciitis & I'm starting to have a problem with my toes. Anyone have any suggestions?

I see everyone with crocs. I dont own a pair but i hear they are the most comfy.

New balance or Asics. Do NOT wear Nike. You can also get over the counter orthotics to help with the plantar fasciitis. The brand I recommend that's sold in sporting goods stores like REI and EMS is called super feet

Avoid wearing sneakers and use those Dr. Scholl's insoles. Sneakers really aggravated my plantar fascitis when I had it a few months ago (I no longer have that problem as I started dieting and dropped 15lbs since then).
Another shoe that surprisingly worked for me were these which I ended up using for a trip to the Met last year :

Look into Orthaheel. Not sure what they have that would work for your job but I LIVE in their flip flops all summer. The only ones I can wear. I also have plantar fasciitis AND a heel spur and these help tremendously.

I wear dansko or sanita. But my friend has plantar fasciitis and wears these closed Birkenstocks, and swears by them.

I used to be on my feet all day in the clinic now i'm in admin but! I still wear nursing shoes because theyre so comfortable. I have a pair of b.o.c.'s i got at famous footwear. Adore!!

work in hospital as well. Almost 30-40% of the staff - wear dankso, BOC or some other clog like shoe. Those are the most popular.
