Mattress for neck and back pain
Every morning I wake up with neck and upper back pain. My mattress is about 10 years old and have a 2 inch memory foam on top. I have tried every pillow and sleeping without a pillow with no relief. Also, since I am thin my bones hurt on my bed. I went to the doctor and have a sprained neck which has not healed. Can anyone recommend a mattress?

I have a horrible back & the only mattress that seems to give me relief is a Bob-o-pedic.
My back also prefers a firm mattress, so I chose the firm option.
I have a friend that has severe issues in her neck & the only thing that worked for her was laying on the floor with no pillow. Not sure if that would help you.
I hope you feel relief soon.
