Neck Pain..
I have had bad neck pain for the whole weekend. I took advil and that's not working. What could this be from besides sleeping the wrong way. I don't think its from that because I feel like the pain would have gone away by now. I am getting nervous now!

I would go to a chiropractor and have them check it out. I know a great one in Sayville if you need one.

It could be from your pillow. Try using a different one for a few nights.

Noelle, I had the same thing and had to buy new pillows, my neck pain was from sleeping on the wrong pillow, pain lasted almost a week. If it doesn't go away in the next day or 2 I would go to the Dr then.

I have a slipped disc which can cause muscle spasms in my neck. It could be that. The smallest thing can set it off. You are better off going to an orthopedist.
