BAD neck and back pain?
I have always suffered from BAD neck pain from an accident years ago and lately my neck and back have been HORRIBLE! I've been getting severe headaches from the pain in my neck. What can I do to feel better? : ( TIA

I swear by my chiropractor. Since it is from an injury, I think that is your best bet.
