Starting PreNatal Vitamins
Went to my OB last night and she gave a script... excited to start, I hear your nails get very strong and your hair grows!
Plus now I'll feel more comfortable when I do get a BFP!

I haven't noticed any of that, but my nails have always been strong and my hair grows so fast, my hair stylist is always shocked by how much it grows between cuts. It's great to start them early! Good luck!!!

Script says Prenate DHA.

You can also take otc drugs. I bought cvs prentals with dha and brought them to my Dr appt to see if they were ok. He looked them over and said they were fine.

My insurance covers them, so it's cheaper for me to get by prescription. Plus, I got chewables with some omega-3 separate pill (which still tastes like fish oil, even though it's not).
