I like the off white, I got both the bowl and tub in biscuit from Kholer. It's basically off white. to me.

Depends on the tile in the rest of the bathroom-if it is warm color, the offwhite if it is a cool color, then white.

I agree with this this, but if you are getting your sink, tub &toilet for, from different brands, it might be easier to match whites than off-whites.

Depends on the door and trim color as well as the shower tiles or color of bathtub. I prefer biscuit for the toilet and bathtub as my trim color is more of a creamy white (BM white dove) rather than a stark, bright white.
