I gained 38 and it took me 2 years to lose. However, the first year I really could have tried harder but was so overwhelmed and exhausted that it wasn't a priority.
This time I am aiming to not gain nearly as much and plan to try and lose it ASAP. Exercising did wonders for my "baby blues" and I really felt like I had a little time to myself. Hopefully I can still find the time with 2 kids LOL.

Its definitely harder to lose i believe. I still have baby weight from my son. still So far i gainged2 lbs this pregnancy. Trying not to gain too much b/c when she arrives, i want to lose the wt right away.

My first son, I lost it quickly. My second son, I am still struggling with 20+.

I gained 55 lbs with #1. Lost it within a few months.

This is what I'm hoping for! I'm not big on exercising (MAJOR couch potato) .. but with having a baby around all the time I *think* anyway that going out for a 45 min run will be something I actually look forward to!
