Baby weight question (BTDT welcomed)
Just out of curiosity can anyone tell me how much the baby weighed at your 20 week appointment..
10+ pounders run in my family.
Today at 20 weeks  measured 13 ounces - I was told she was a little above average.
wondering if this is a sign of things to come or if it has nothing to do with how much the baby will weigh at birth.

But at 28 weeks  was weighing 3lbs 4oz

3lb 14oz at 31 wks
at 40wk 2 day, I got 2 readings 8lb6oz or 8lb12oz
DD was born at 41wks 8lb 4 oz.

At my 20 week appt, the ultrasound tech told me the baby was 10-11 oz.

At 20 week sono- the Level II I guess- the baby was half a pound. (8 oz)
She has been small this whole pregnancy though so you can't go by me!

at 20 week sono my little girl was around 13 ounces. Sono tech said she was right around where she should be at this stage

I went for my level 2 at 19 weeks and the sono tech said he weighed (approx) just shy of a pound.

8.4 at 40w1d (sono)

WOW! Those are big babies in your family!
You are on Lovenox too, right? They say Lovenox can increase the size of the baby and they tend to be on the larger size.

My DC was 11oz at the 20week appt but is not born yet so I can't tell you. I don't even know what DD was at the 20week.
A relative of mine had a 13oz baby at her 20 week and he ended up 9lbs when he was born at 37.5 weeks!
She does speculate she could've been a little off. She thought she was pg the month before her BFP but her tests were negative. Maybe if she had taken one a week later it would've showed up. She had two sonos and the baby measured on the high end at each.

I had a sonogram a week before I had the baby. He weighed in at 8lbs 10oz. He was born at 9lbs 5 oz 8 days later.
Big babies run in my family too. I was 9lbs 11oz and my brother was 10lbs 1 oz.

Our baby weighted 12 oz at our 20 week. She didn't say that was too big. I DO have a feeling we are going to have a big baby though- DH was 10 lbs and I was 8 lbs 7 oz

at my 20 week appt was 15 oz
now at 33 weeks he was 4 lbs 10 oz which is the 53 percentile.. just a bit higher than average.

I make big babies. My first was almost 9lbs 14 ounces, and my second was 8lbs 12 ounces.
I don't remember what they weighed at the 20 week but I do know that they were about 4lbs at the 32 week appointment.
LOVE big babies....more to kiss and squeeze

<---- crasher I'm not sure about 20 weeks but at 31 weeks DS weighed 5 lbs exactly.
DH and I were both 9lbs plus at birth at 41 and half weeks DS was born at 9lbs 4 oz.
