Pregnancy symptoms or stomach virus
I got a positive OPK last Monday and Tuesday but dh was away on business. We  weds and thurs and on Sunday I woke up with nausea and starting puking. I've been nauseas since with shooting stomach pains. Seems more like a stomach virus but I can't Help but get my hopes up! Thoughts?

Unfortunately the hormones that would cause morning sickness, etc wouldn't be present in your system yet.
But I hope you do get a bfp, it's just way too soon for any real symptoms
