CBEFM
Hi ladies,
I am starting to use CBEFM this cycle - I am kind of confused as to what day I should count as day one. On Tuesday and Wednesday I had very light spotting (a little heavier on Weds) - these were days 33 and 34 and I always get AF on one of these. Then it was heavier like it truly started Thurs. What day would you count as day 1 - tues? Weds? Or thurs? Tia!

First full flow day if flow starts before 5pm is day 1. If its after 5pm, the following day counts as Day 1.
FTR- I did not know that until last month when my RE told me. The things you learn about your body when TTC never cease to amaze me.
