ummmm...well, I guess I'm back
Hi Ladies,
I was an active poster just 8 short months ago. DS turned 8 months on the 1st and I found out we are expecting #2 on the 8th.
Just in case anyone is wondering, yes it was planned but I really, really, really thought it would take a few months. I am completely shocked and did have a minor anxiety attack but def am feeling better now. I guess we are part of the "1 shot club". I'm about 5 wks, so I guess we are due about mid Dec.
Its great to be back!

Congratulations and Welcome back!!!
Have a happy and healthy 9 months.
Same thing happened to my Brother and SIL. My nephew is 7 months, and they just found out they are expecting #2. It was a surprise lol so exciting though.

Congrats!! I'm in the same boat. DS will be 8 months at the end of the month and I'm 11 weeks pregnant!! We will be busy mommies!

I am still in shock and I think its all finally hitting DH. We were talking about it today and he turned a slight shade of green.

Kids so close in age are wonderful to have! My DS(24 months) and DD(9 months) are 15 months apart, and now DD and new baby will be 17 months apart! We planned it this way as well. My kids are best friends! You will love it!

Thanks so much I really appreciate you posting this!!!! Thats really what I focus on, aside from just feeling so blessing to be having another baby, when I start wondering how I am going to handle 2 so young.

It's crazy in the beginning, but you get used to it. find what works and what doesn't work. After a few months you will become a pro and think nothing of it! You will be fine!
