just heard it on a commercial for the news cast that is coming up next
I think they're just hyping it. It's going to be cold. 37 degrees but from HS chemistry, it's not cold enough to turn the rain into snow....of course, I defer to the professionals though.

i just talked to kelly :( she confirmed it. but she said it is only going to stick to the grass and 1 to 2 inches possible.

Actually, it really depends on the levels in the atmosphere and how cold they are. If they are cold enough, the crystals can remain intact as they fall through warmer levels. But since the ground has been getting warm, it won't really accumulate too much.
