BTDT moms :when did you start getting ready for the baby?
This is Baby #2, just to know when you start organizing and getting things out for the 2nd baby?

I did a little at a time. Probably around 5 months or so (when I found out the gender), I started going through the clothing I had saved. Then around week 32 we painted her room (since we had a boy before). We started setting it up by reattaching the crib and what not. Now at week 33, I am washing clothes and putting them away. This weekend my husband will start taking out the things we put in the attic (diaper genie, infant carrier, etc) so that we can ready that stuff as well. I know that in a few weeks I am not going to be up for doing any of this, so I'm hoping by week 36 we are all done. I went early last time (38 weeks) so I'm a little nervous to go early again this time around.

When she arrives 
I am 36w 2d and haven't done a thing. Haven't packed my hospital bag or washed any baby clothes!
DD is moving to a new room - I ordered her furniture (which won't be in for a few weeks), but am just looking now at paint and carpeting for her new room.

I am due in 3 months....I have just started to go through old clothes to find gedner neutral since we are 
In about a month or so we will go through the baby gear we have and wash it etc. We are not doing anything to the room aside from moving furniture in there from dc 1. I am totally starting to get into nesting mode though, I want to be prepared!

The last minute. I was packing a hospital bag when I was in labor. The old clothes came out because we were cleaning the room they were in. Funny, the bag that I needed to send DS#1 to my inlaws house with was packed nice and early.

I'm anal so although I have the baby sleep in a bassinet by my bed for the first four months or so I still NEED lol the nursery completed prior to birth so everything is done somewhere during the late second trimester early third ....washed size 0-3/3mos clothes and 3-6/6mos clothes, receiving blankets, wash cloths and towels, socks etc etc and nursery completed

I am almost 28 weeks and I don't have much out but I started going through stuff pretty early. My friend gave me high chair and rnp and my other friend gave me so much boy clothes. I have some girl clothes I saved from DD so within the next few weeks I will start washing nb. I don't have a room for the baby, using the playroom downstairs for storage and baby will be in my room for a bit until we reconfigure the sleeping arrangements. I have bought diapers when there is a really good sale. Thats pretty much it. I think I will start gathering things for hospital bag soon and bring down the rnp from attic to wash the covering.

By 32 weeks I started getting things ready. Took out all the baby things and washed them, washed all baby clothes, and started the nursery. I had my hospital bag packed by 34 weeks.
I'm CRAZY organized so I needed everything ready and done in case baby made his arrival early. I couldn't handle bringing a baby home if everything wasn't ready but I'm a nut that way.

BTDT moms :when did you start getting ready for the baby?
I'm at 23 weeks now and I'm opening up the pack n play just so I have a place to store all the gifts/clothes/etc we've been receiving. I won't open anything else until baby is here. With 3 other kids and pets, I don't have room for stuff I'm not using lol

I'll be 35 weeks on Monday and have done nothing. We are team this time around and my DS will be 16 months when this baby comes so I'm busy with him. As long as I have the bassinet, some diapers and onesies I'll be fine. My friends bought me the infant to toddler rocker that I really wanted so I'm set.

I started around 20 weeks but my husband just painted then and we arranged the room. i wanted my son to be in the new room a long time before # 2 comes. Then I stopped for a while until about last week when I started to organize clothing etc.
