BTDT moms and girls at the end getting internals
Sorry for the TMI - but how much bleeding is ok?? Plus does it matter the color?
I had an internal last night and I am 1cm she said I would bleed - but I feel it is a lot more than it should be
I had it starting at like 7 last night and I still have it when I wipe this am - is that bad??

I never bled after any of my internals w/ DS, but I also was never dialated.
If you think it's alot, I would call the Dr.

Same but I only dialted about a fingertip. I'd call for peace of mind.

could it be the start of your bloody show...i had an internal on mon, was told i was 1-2 cm, on weds had the beginnings of my bloody show....dr said it was from internal...he checked me and i was 3-4 and thin and in labor!!!
Good luck and call the dr

I haven't bled from any... I agree it could be the bloody show. I'd call the dr and ask.

The nurse I spoke to in L&D said a menstrual flow is not normal, but spotting is okay. Gushes of blood are not normal either. Both warrant a call to the dr.
