How many registries are you having?
Just wanted to get an idea. At first I just said I wanted to have just one registry, because there is only one baby store that is near my house and I thought for convenience if I needed to return/exchange. Now i am iffy whether I should have more than one. What do you ladies have and how did you know to separate and what to register for at each store.

I had two. Most of my family (who don't drive) have zero access to BBB. Lucky for me BBB and BRU are less than 5mins away from one another

I did BBB and BRU, so far 10 things have been bought from BRU, and 13 thing form BBB. The more expensive items were bought from BRU.....I put tons of doubles on the two and friends complained about it, but I have been able to clear the items off the other registry as they are bought off of the other, no big deal! I say go for two!

How many registries are you having?
I have two. I have Buy Buy Baby and Target. I have a lot of family outside of NY and even family out east who were saying that BBB isn't close at all. Figured I would make it easier for everyone and do Target as well. Plus, Target ended up having some of my more expensive things for cheaper so it was a double score. I heard too many bad things about BRU so I didn't want to go there.

Just one. This is my 2nd pregnancy (although 7 years apart) so I didn't want to push it. I know my mil and sil are throwing me a shower though. I chose BRU because even for me, BBB is like a 30-40 min drive.

We are doing Buy Buy Baby.
But then I had to do Pottery Barn Kids just for our bedding because that is the only place that carries the bedding I want for the nursery - Beatrix Potter's Peter Rabbit  It was my favorite classic nursery story growing up.
