Fever virus?

DD has been running a low to mid- grade fever since Friday night. She hasn't had any other symptoms. I am just getting over the fake flu so I have been worried she might catch that off of me. It's down in the morning then creeps up in the afternoon.

I heard there is many fever bugs going around. Any one else experiencing this? She is happy as a clam until it hits the 102 mark, then she is like a little lump on the couch. If its not gone by tomorrow, we are going to bring her to Pm Pediatrics.

Fever virus?

My DD has the same thing. We took her to the dr and it is viral, so she said there is nothing we can do. We give her tylenol when the fever goes up. She gets red and tired, but is otherwise fine. Today was day 3 with a fever, and it has gone down to 101.5. Hope your DD feels better soon.

DD had something like this about a month ago. After 3 days of fever she broke out in a fine rash on her torso. From what I read and the dr mentioned, I think it was roseola.

Thanks, unfortunately her fever spiked last night and we ended up in ER bc she was having febrile seizures! They tested her for the flu and she came back positiver for type b. My poor baby
