If your DC got the flu, how long did temp last?
We're on day 5, and his temp today was 103. He is a complete mess, lethragic, looks like hell, and just miserable. I have never seen something so terrible! When can I expect him to break this damn fever???
ETA: He had flu shot, and apparently Tamiflu is a hot commodity right now bc no one has it. We are now on Day 6 and he woke up today and it was 102.5...this is craziness! I have NEVER seen anything like it before. We are literally dumping mortin down his throat every 6 hours, and sometimes we even have to piggyback with Tylenol bc the temp won't break.

She had a fever for three days on the 4th it finally broke. Aww poor kid I hope it doesnt last much longer. I hate it when they get sick. Are you giving any motrin or Tylenol?

Not too long, about 24-36 hours I would say.
(I should add, she did get the flu shot and she had Tamiflu).
