Tracy Anderson Pregnancy Project DVDs
Has anyone used these and if so, would you recommend them? Are there any other DVDs out there that people recommend during pregnancy?

Tracy Anderson Pregnancy Project DVDs
Sorry to crash but I am obsessed with the Tracy Anderson method. I wish I knew about her pregnancy DVDs bause I would have been all over them. I believe there are 3 in total, so one for each trimester.
If you like yoga, there is a great prenatal yoga DVD with Shiva Rea. I never used it, but a friend recommended it to me.

I am thinking about getting them.. wanted to see if anyone had a good experience with them because I don't always trust Amazon reviews; I have heard the pay people to write many of them but honestly who knows! I figure working out at home will be much more comfortable also!

Me too - I actually returned some baby books my sisters got me and used the store credit for these instead - I am getting a lot of the same books from people (baby names etc) so I asked them and they updated me... You are around the same time as me right.. coming up on 7 weeks? Which DVD do you plan to start with? Month two I guess? I might start with month one to see what that's like first!

Oh wow I thought they were for each tri... Month by month is even better. Enjoy them, she's awesome
