tracy anderson workouts
i was watching the view and they had tracy anderson on, she apparently trains gweneth paltrow and some other celebs
anyway they did a little of her workout and it looked pretty good
anyone have any experience with her workouts, easy fair or hard, did you see any results

i saw this, too. I was very curious of others opinions. I went on Amazon and was a reading a bit about her mat workout dvd. I've never bought a fitness book before..but went out tonight and bought her book...very motivated to shed my baby weight! I need to look good by next summer...gotta wedding to go to on a cruise!

The workouts are very odd if you ask me! I watched them on Gweneth's blog once and was like 
I mean maybe they work but they are just so weird! They seem so hard to follow along but maybe there is a beginner one?

thanks for the link, it did look a little strange, like she was gonna break out and start dancing at any moment
but its kind of what i expected after seeing her on the view,
i ordered the post pregnancy dvd i'll bump and update how it is after i get it and try it out

I have her first DVD...and the workout is different...but no matter how funny i felt doing the exercises i definitely felt the pain!
i didnt keep up with it so i cant say if it works or how long you have to stick with it before you see results...
