Pregnancy Pilates DVDs?
Hi,
Any recommendations? I used to do pilates all the time, but have stopped since being pregnant. I wanted to get back into it, but obviously with less intensity.
Thanks!!

Re: Pregnancy Pilates DVDs?
This time around I am lucky if I have time to sit down for a few minutes so exercise dVD's will likely not be happening for me BUT, since no one responded I figured maybe this would help even though it was over a year ago. Prior to being pg with DS I did pilates ALL the time. So I tried to find a good DVD - I got one called "Pilates for Life - Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates" with Amy Brown. I can't remember why I chose this one but I have to say it was MUCH easier than I was used to and hardly felt like a work out at all however, I did notice a difference when i did it consistently - but, be forewared if you were big into pilates this is somewhat of a joke. I also got another DVD I think it was called the Perfect Pregnancy Workout and that one was much more challenging - But, this was all over a year ago! HTH a little
