giving nanny a raise?
Our nanny has been with us for almost a year, she works 3 days a week, 11 hours a day and she's really great. Since we are at the year mark, we will be offering her a raise, we just dont know what is standard. Is there a standard raise? The only other issue is that we pay her for her bus ticket but soon after she started working she stopped using the bus and her husband started driving her on his way to work. We never said anything, she was new and I guess we didnt want to rock the boat, but would this affect how much of a raise you gave her?

Do you still pay her for the bus?
If you pay her by the hour maybe give her a raise of $1/per hour
