% raise for a nanny?
Anyone know what % is the gowing rate for a nanny after a year? We are very happy with my son's nanny and she has been with us for a year. We were thinking we should give her a raise, although she hasn't asked and we never discussed it. We would like to be fair, but have no clue what is an average. 3,4,5% maybe?

I dont know if it a specific %, maybe just what you feel she earned and what you can afford.
