That is very painful, I know what you're feeling. Unfortunately I haven't figured out how to relieve it either. Feel better .

Re: in soo much pain!
Try sitting on an exercise/yoga ball for half an hour at a time. It should help relieve some of the pressure.
I had this with my 1st two. It sucks! You can ask your doc to refer you to a physical therapist if it's really bad.
Also- check out youtube for some stretches you can do
YouTube Video for stretches
Feel better!

I feel ya! It almost feels like I pulled a groin muscle or something in my left leg. I've had it for awhile so I thought maybe I slipped or something

Re: in soo much pain!
I am in the same exact position ( 34 weeks), I literally couldnt walk the 2 weeks prior and honestly even Physical Therapy didnt even help me so I was scared $hit but FINALLY I would some relief- excerise ball!!! Do not sit on chairs, it is compressing the nerves. So the last few days I only been laying down on my sides or sitting on a excerise ball and i am 70% better! Do that for a few days and you should see a big difference. Target has excercise balls on sale for $14.99 now and I would suggest a 75cm if you are 5'5 or taller.

Yes I have this pain.....it's horrible. I'm in physical therapy to take the edge off, but some of it definitely just is what it is.
