in soo much pain

I went to the doctor yest about an earache and was told it was b/c my sinuses were clogged and causing pressure.
I have been using the neti pot every few hours but the pain in my ear has gotten worse.

I called my OB and the only thing they are recommending is Tylenol. I was so desperate this morning I took a clartitin.

I dont know what else to do.

sometimes the steam from a hot shower helps with my sinuses, you could also try rubbing vicks on your face where there is pressure (i do this for my migraines and it helps)

Ugh. I have no advise unfortunately. I hope you feel better soon! I was pretty sick in my 1st trimester and miserable cause I couldn't take anything, it's awful.

take the heel of your hand and gently hit your face under your eyes where your sinuses lay. I know it sounds craxy but if done gently you'll help break up the mucus stuck in there.

Oh no, I hope you feel better. Steam and Vicks vapor rub (the smelling) do the trick for me. GL

Is your ear infected? Is it a sinus infection or just allergies. If if is an infection then you are allowed certain antibiotics while pregnant.

The Z-pack is safe. I had a terrible sinus infection for a week and finally gave in and took the antibiotic- my OB assured me it was safe.
