What is the story with dairy?
I usually don't eat much dairy. I eat coconut yogurt and almond milk, etc. But I have read that eating full-fat dairy is better when TTC and PG. I am not a vegan, and I do eat dairy sometimes, but eliminating it is a quick way to stay slim for me. I could eat dairy, and just shift around calories and cut from somewhere else if need be.
What are your feelings on dairy?

We can't win! While some places say you need full fat dairy, other places are saying dairy is the devil. I guess it always goes back to "everything in moderation ".

Re: What is the story with dairy?
Other than sour cream and cheese, I haven't eaten any full fat dairy since I was a kid. I had no issues TTC or with my pregnancies and have honestly never heard of this. As long as you have a balanced diet I'm sure you are fine, but maybe you can talk to a nutritionist?

Don't mind me. Chronic over-thinker/over-analyzer here. I go through periods where I go completely dairy-free for a while. My DH said to me the other day that he was worried about me cutting out dairy and being PG, so I googled it and that is where I found all of this full-fat dairy advice. I have a pretty healthy/balanced diet, so I am sure I am fine. Thanks!

I think we have all been there! We just want healthy babies and pregnancies. Good luck
