Baby girls typically more fussy vs boys?
Just comparing to my boys I find dd to be more clingy, she will fuss for diaper changes or if I need to put her down to do stuff around the house. Do you think baby girls are more clingy??

In my case- HELLLLL Yes.
DD was awful from day 1
She is still a huge challenge.
I don't have a boy but my friends and family with boys- I see a huge difference!

It was the opposite for me. DD was a dream of a baby! Never fussed, slept through the night at 4 weeks. Seriously, a dream. DS on the other hand was a miserable baby. I kept going to te doctor thinking something must be Wong with him because he was just so unhappy but nope, just his personality. Even now, at 3, he is a bit of a complainer and whiny (he is however, very loving and sweet :)

Not for me.........DD was never fussy at all. I have no comparison yet to a boy.........DS will be born soon though!!

i only have one DC but my girl is very very laid back and not the least bit fussy. her cousin who is a boy and is almost the same age is MUCH fussier in general and whines a lot more. i dont think gender matters as much as the actual personality of the kid. some kids are just more needy and some more laid back - just like adults. i dont know if gender necessarily matters.

I had 2 boys. My firstborn was a lot fussier than the second. In general, he is a more intense child, he is now 5 years old. He fidgets more, is more emotional, etc.
From whatvinhear, most people with more than one child has at least one baby who was fussy/higher maintenance. This was regardless od gender, and it is usually the firstborn. I personally would rather the first be fussier, since you are only dealing with one kid

I have boy/ girl twins and I also find my daughter to be independent and my DS is very needy, but more cuddly then my DD. He definitely is more fussy then my DD.

My DS has his moments but I don't have another DC to compare him too. My Friends with kids say he is great, I think he is fussy LOL. I think it all depends on your definition of fussy :)

I have 2 girls and they are def A LOT more fussy and needy compared to my friends with boys (or even when I think back to my younger brothers)
And even now at 3 and almost 2 it's still hard. They are crazy crazy crazy, don't sit still. Compared to their toddler boy friends, they are still def more fussy and moody

Not for me. I dont have a boy but my babygirl is obscenely good. Plays on her own isnt fussy and is a dream. Only time she fusses or gets clingy is when something is wrong like shes sick.

DS was fussier as a newborn-gas issues
DD is a momma's girl and can by clingy and shy

Not in my case! My boys as babies were both colic. DD was very easy going. She is definitely more dramatic now as a toddler and the most stubborn of my 3.
