Swollen ankles feet and hands
I am 38w 4d and have had high BP on and off my whole PG. When I went to the dr on wed they said keep and eye out for signs of high BP like vision changes and headaches and upper stash pains. My feet were pretty swollen last night which progressed to my ankles and this morning they are still swollen as well as my legs and hands.
I am assuming its all just normal but not a 100% confident. Would you call the dr?

Don't want to scare you but absolutely call....preeclampsia is no joke and comes on quickly

Swollen ankles feet and hands
You must be due the day after me! I am 38w5d and have swollen hands and ankles and tingling fingers. This morning I woke up with a pounding headache... for me I was thinking this is all just normal pregnancy stuff but my BP has been 110/70 at every visit... if you have had high BP and are concerned I would call, it doesn't hurt!
