Buy buy baby furniture

I went to BBB to order a Sorelle double dresser and was told it would be 16-18 weeks for delivery. Has anyone been told the same thing and received it earlier? I am due in 14 weeks and don't know what to do. We have a closet in nursery so not having dresser won't be the worst thing. I just really wanted everything done by due date.
BRU has similar dresser by Sorelle and said it would be in 7-14 days but I can't use 20% coupon. Plus I really am not a fan of bru customer service. Ughhhh

When we purchased from BBB, we were told 8-10 weeks. It came in 7 days. So, you never know. Even if you are due in 14 weeks, you aren't putting the baby in the crib for about 2 months anyway, but I bet you'll have it sooner than that.

It depends on the set. We got white (bonavita, I think) and they said it had to be special ordered ? They said 10-12 and it was about 12.

For our furniture - we were told 12 weeks and it took 12 weeks. For our rocker, we were told 8 weeks and it took 1 or 2.

I would stick with BBB - their customer service is PHENOMENAL! We had them deliver and set up the pieces and there was a small mark on the back of the dresser (which they pointed out - and it was out of view). We got our delivery fees waived and a certain percentage off the furniture.

I ordered a Sorelle dresser from them 3 weeks ago. They told me 14-16 weeks. I am having DS March 15. I received a call on Tuesday that it was in ;)

i guess it depends on the item...i ordered a glider and was told 7-10 business days...it arrived on day 11

My mom just told me she ordered the sorelle couture crib and it would take 14 - 16 weeks! I thought that was pretty crazy!

I think it depends on the brand you are ordering and if it's in stock or not. Our bonavita set came in after about 8 weeks like they said. I was so nervous I wouldn't have the crib in time for the baby but it was on time and delivery from BBB was great. Their service is well worth it IMO.

It's hard to say for sure when it will come in.

We ordered both of our children's furniture from BBB.

For my son, it was a set made by Mother Hubbard. I think they gave a range of 12-16 weeks, and it was closer to the 16 weeks. They are a Canadian company, so maybe shipping took longer?

For my daughter, we ordered the Bonavita set in white and were told approx 8 weeks. It came in about 4 weeks. We weren't ready for it, so we had BBB keep it at the store until we were ready for pick up (like 4-6 weeks later!).

I ordered something and they said several weeks and it came days later. . for a different piece they said several weeks but they had it in a different store if I was willing to go pick it up we could have it right away
