Toddlers w/ no nap - bedtime?

If your toddler doesn't nap - what time is bedtime and what time does he/she wake up?

DS is 3 and in between naps, mostly no nap. He was sleeping 7-6:30/7 but for the past 2 weeks its now 7-5 - and hes cranky so he's not getting enough sleep.

i started shortening the naps at first. cut them down to an hour, 1.5 hours. for a couple of months. then slowly down to 30-40 minutes. then after a few weeks, no naps. he was falling asleep by 5, 6pm. after a week or two of that, he's able to stay up until 8ish. wakes up around 7ish now.

it was like, 2 weeks of crankiness until he adjusted to no naps. i think what helped was "quiet time" instead of the nap too.

My 3 yr old stopped napping daily about 3 weeks ago. He goes to bed around 830-9 & wakes anywhere from 630-730.

6:30 7pm no naps she is 3 1/2

DS is 4 and we start bedtime routine at 6:30pm so he is usually in bed by 7p and sleeps till 7a most days.

DD only naps about every other day, so her no-nap bedtime is 7:30pm. She gets up early (sometimes 5:45/6) but stays in her room and plays or just lays in her bed till I get her at 7am.

When she doesn't nap she goes to bed between 730-8 and sleeps about 11 hours, sometimes a little more

Logan doesn't nap anymore as you know...

he goes to bed at 8 and wakes up usually between 630 and 7.

Jacen will be 5 in June and for a little while he challenged us on naps. We went about a month or so of him mostly not napping. He would still take one here or there to catch up on sleep (maybe once or twice a week). But after a month, he's been taking them ever since. He goes to bed at 8pm and wakes at 6:30am. Then takes a 2 hour nap.

The times he doesn't nap, he is in his room by 6:45/7pm and sleeps until 6:30am.

DD is 3.5 years old. She sleeps 8:30-7:00 and doesn't nap. She hasn't napped for over a year now.

ds is just 3 years old. He wakes at 7am. He takes a nap 3 or 4 days a week. If he naps, he naps for 2 hours from 2-4 & then he goes to bed at 7:45-8. If he doesn't nap, he'll go to bed around 7:15.

My ds was 3 in Sept. and he pretty much went from a daily 3 hour nap to no nap at all on his own. It was a rough transition at first, but it's gotten better. Now he goes to bed between 8-8:30pm and usually wakes up between 7-7:30am.
