Another vote for Swaddlers here... We had received 5 boxes of Huggies at my shower and I had to return some and give the rest away because every single time I tired a huggies diaper it leaked. DS was a big baby and the Pampers just seemed like they were bigger than Huggies so I think that's why we couldn't use them.

Pampers in the beginning, then Luvs or Huggies when he was bigger.

My sister has a 7 month old and has been using Huggies Little snugglers since she has been in size 2 diapers. No problems so far.

Re: Moms of boys
I started off with pampers swaddlers and then used the newborn Kirkland ones from Costco. The diaper cake at my shower was made with them so I tried them out and actually loved them.

Re: Moms of boys
I used Pampers swaddlers when DS was in size 1, but ended up switching to Target for size 2 and 3, and now Luvs for size 4. The only time I had and issue with leaking is after he has his bris and I had to cover his penis with some A&D and gauze, and again at a point now in size 4 as he got bigger and sleeps for 12 hrs/night.

Re: Moms of boys
With DD I always swore by Pampers. But overnight - DS was leaking through them. Obviously all his pee stays in the front of the diaper so he would leak through his onesie up his stomach. Huggies gave him a rash. and Luvs - I dont like the smell of them! So - I use Pampers during the day and at night I use the Pampers overnight and that has worked. I try my best to point "it" down.

Re: Moms of boys
DS always pees out of his diapers when we used pampers swaddlers. The Wal-Mart brand works best for DS. It works out because they are cheaper too!

Pampers Swaddlers... then Cruisers when he outgrew those. For overnight, Pampers Extra Protection usually lasts 13 hours!!
I'm pretty loyal to Pampers since they work so well. And I'm a sucker for their rewards program!

Re: Moms of boys
I'm a pampers snob. I used swaddlers for both boys when they were NB and I will with this one as well. We then switch to cruisers at size 3. I change diapers all day long (part of my job) and I have changed every type of diaper out there and frankly I hate them all but pampers.

Re: Moms of boys
Swaddlers were fantastic for DS as a newborn & infant. I was so sad to move onto something else when they became to small. The smell...the softness.... They he went to Pampers Dry & eventually we just went to Luvs - all were fantastic.
We had HORRIBLE time with Huggies.

When my boys were newborns I used Pampers Swaddlers during the day & Pampers Baby Dry (a size bigger) at night. Eventually I switched to Pampers Cruisers during the day & Pampers Extra Protection at night. I've *knock wood* never had a leak except for when it's finally time to graduate a size.
I received Huggies and Target brand as gifts & they both leaked a lot so I went right back to Pampers.
