+ opk in am then - in pm
I got a positive opk in the am before work n now i tried again n it was negative. What does this mean as far as ovulation? We didnt bd last nite but def tonite. I hope im not out

Did you drink a lot ?Did you hold your urine for 4 hours?
You can dilute the hormone if you drink too much and the urine hold makes a big difference

I held my urine in for three hours n did mot drink a lot of water today.. Hmmm...

I think I read somewhere that you need to hold your urine for 4 hours for best results.

keep bd'ing for the next 2-3 days. Because DH was traveling, we didn't  until 1 and 2 days AFTER my smiley, and we didn't bd at all before the smiley! It was our first month trying after our loss and we were fortunate enough to get that bfp the first month!! Good luck!!

My nurse at my RE office told me that your surge could drop the very next day causing a negative. As soon as you get a positive you should stop testing. The next 2 days are your most fertile.
