When do you start buying baby items?
I am 19 weeks and just started a registry...we went to BRU to look at strollers but was wondering when do you normally start buying baby items including furniture...the furniture we want is in stock so delivery is not an issue...we plan on buying all the major items ourselves

When do you start buying baby items?
I waited until after my shower but the furniture we ordered early bc my mom couldn't wait.  We ordered that around 15 weeks and it took 10 weeks to come in. We got all of the major stuff at the shower (30 weeks) and then I cleaned out the registry a week or so after that.

We bought her furniture on the 15th from BBB (32w). We got all the big stuff at the shower at 30w.... I wont buy anything off the registry until we get a completion coupon.

we purchased our crib around 30w and it was in stock and delivered within 1 week.
this is #2 so we had a lot of larger items. I didnt really buy anything until after our "sprinkle" at about 32w.
