Anyone ever forget to take your vitamins!
I have been so bad lately :( I prob forgot to take it 2 times this week!!! is that terrible? anyone else forget sometimes?

Anyone ever forget to take your vitamins!
I'm usually good M-F; but will forget on the weekend sometimes. I don't think you should double up if you miss a day.

I forget everything lately so yeah, I have forgotten  I moved them next to my toothbrush and I was better about it this week. When they were in my medicine cabinet I forgot all of the time.

i was so good throughout this whole pregnancy but then last month i forgot to take it twice and i felt so bad!
its happens! don't worry about it!

I forget about 2-3 times a week. It's fine, the vitamins are for the mommies bc the babies take all the nutrients they need and leave us with deficiencies if we don't eat properly.

I keep them on my dresser where I go every night and take them before bed. Before I did this I would forget and sometimes stil do

Same here. And I ran out of the DHA supplement and keep forgetting to buy more.

I never forget, but that's bc I have a good routine. I take them the second I'm finished eating breakfast every single morning

yes...although lately I a more motivated to remember because if I forget my vitamin that means I forget my colace which is no good.
