Freaking out...
Soo, yesterday afternoon at 10dpo I got my BFP! Which I was crying about I was SO happy! My dr didn't think I ovulate which I thought meant we were on a long journey. So the line was very lite around 4 when I found out, I took another test around midnight which was a tad darker. I woke up this morning and took another test excited to see it get darker - wrong. Lighter, almost like an evap line but still a line- just not very pink. Those tests were all first response pink dye test. I also had a blue due test and took that this am when the other line wasn't pink and that DID show a darker line.
Can someone calm my mind? Why would my FMU be lighter??

10 or 11dpo is still very early! I first tested positive around then, but it didn't get dark until a few days later. And, I should add, I was under the care of an RE so I had beta tests and my beta levels were always very high, so I wouldn't worry about how dark the line is. A line is a line - congrats!!!

A line is a line! Congrats! As you go further along you hormones will be higher and the lines will be darker. But a beta is a better determination.

Thanks Ladies! I keep trying to tell myself that but still super nervous! I'll call the dr in the a.m either way and see if he can do a blood test - so i dont drive myself insane! =) Good Luck to the rest of you ladies <3 <3!!

I would def call the Dr and have the blood work done! Take a new test in the am. Congrats!!!!!!!!!!

to further ease your mind, if you had anything go wrong, I don't think it can fade overnight, it could have been anything, type of test, amount of water you drank, when you peed. A line is a line and congrats!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks again ladies! Called the drs office this morning and they dont seem to care my line isn't dark! first sono appt is jan 7th  , seems like a millions days away at this point! Please pray for some sticky dust for me!!

Did you end up testing again to see if the line was darker or use a digital?

I used a digital on Wednesday, sooo 14DPO and it said PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those words are so much more real than lines!

I always got darker lines at night than in the daytime. So that is why I always tested at night.
