Tipping Garbage Men
We got a card attached to our pale from our garbage guys this week, it doesn't have an address on it but it does list the drivers name and the helpers name...we only moved in, in September.
We have no complaints, our cans are always right side up AND they put the lids back on, they take everything we put out (and we had A LOT in the beginning of our time in the house, including furniture). They come 2 times a week for garbage 1 time for recycables
How do we go about tipping and what do we give them??

I usally try and catch them in the moring that they come before Christmas - OUr garbage men are pretty good so we tip 20 per man

Tipping Garbage Men
I go out and hand them a card. We do $20 each because DH does a lot of renovations so we have some crazy trash and they always take it and leave the cans rights side up. I'd probably do less if we just had normal amounts of trash. I give it whenever I can catch them so sometimes it's after Christmas.

on the card that i reveived from my GM, they actually advised not to do this bc they can/have been stolen
place in your mailbox or tape to front door or hand it to them---between 15-20 each is fair
i have even given gift cards to DD

We have the loudest, rudest and most complaining and picky garbage men ever. They need to give us a reason to tip them at this point.

I hand it to them (I even chased them down in the car once). This year they sent a card with an address. They are great and take anything and everything we put out. If they weren't great, I probably wouldn't. I give $20/each
