Waking up in the middle of the night nauseous ??
At night before bed every night I feel like I'm gonna get sick so I started sleeping sitting up. It seems to help.
The last 3 nights I've woken up between 2-4 am feeling like I'm gonna puke and it usually lasts 45 min- hour.
Is this still morning sickness or just the baby sitting in an odd spot??
FYI This sucks!!!

When are you taking your prenatal? Sometimes if you take it at night it could be nausea from that?

I am 29 weeks and 90% of the time I wake up in the middle of the night to pee or cause I can't sleep, I am nauseous. Been this way the whole time.

Could it be heartburn? Try taking a tums and see if that helps.

Not my prenatals I take them in the morning. It's definitely not heart burn I been suffering from that as well.
Guess its just the joys of pregnancy

Waking up in the middle of the night nauseous ??
I used to get really nauseous in the middle of the night when I was really hungry! Maybe try eating a little something?
