Why is he waking in the middle of the night?

Why is he waking in the middle of the night?
DS has been religiously sleeping from 9:30-10:00 pm to 8:30am.
The past 3 weeks he has been waking at 2:30 EVERY morning, he doesn't want to eat but won't go back to sleep unless we cuddle with him or bring him into our bed.
He cut 2 teeth 2 weeks ago, they are fully up, could this be the reason he is waking at night?

Jeremy FINALLY slept though the night again last night after waking at 2 every morning for the past 2 weeks  . I elevated part of his mattress yesterday. He has been really stuffy so this has helped.

Thanks...
He's not stuffy... No cold. I'm wondering if a nother tooth can be on the cusp...
He was a really good sleeper till his bottom teeth came in.
