Congested... Feeling terrible.
Due to the lack if heat, I've caught myself a terrible cold. My sinuses are garbage in the first place (4 sinus infections last year alone). What can I take that is safe to help me breathe - I'm literally choking whenever I speak because my sinuses are so clogged. Any suggestion is welcome

There is not much you can take as far as decongestants go, but the Neti Pot should help you a lot. You can do it as many times a day as you want

I already use the Neil medi sinus rinse. My ent said I can't use it once my sinuses get this bad, as using it just makes them worse. So - right now it's not an option according to my doctor :(

Congested... Feeling terrible.
I think saline spray might be your only option.  I know some people have taken some form of Sudafed but I would check with your OB.

I'm sorry that really stinks I would try sitting in the bathroom with the door shut and hot shower running, and just breath in the steam. That should loosen it up a little!
One time when I was really sick I boiled a small pot of water, put a towel over my head, and just breathed in all the steam, it helped me

Thanks! I actually do this already, lol. I'm desperate. I even put eucalyptus in it to aid in the process. I just wish my sinuses weren't complete garbage.

Congested... Feeling terrible.
I've been super sick and my OB said I could take antihistamine but nothing with decongestant in it. So I'm taking robitussin and Benadryl on top of antibiotics...none of which seem to be working that fast. Going on 2 weeks with this never ending cold

I'm taking Benadryl and Tylenol. I've been sick since Wednesday and this is the first day where I don't feel like complete garbage.

Thanks Ladies!!! I think I'm going to have to wait and call my dr. I'm thinking this is probably another sinus infection based on what ones out if my nose (sorry for the tmi). I just hate feeling suffocated.
