If you closed or about to close on a house- what rate
did you get?
Our broker told DH she locked us in at
3.125% on a 30years, no point. Is that good?

I just refinanced at 3.75 on a Veteran's loan, so I'd say 3.125% is awesome!

This was today? That is a great rate.
I just went to BFCU today and their rate is 3.25%. I was in at the end of September and their rate at that point was 3.15% or something.

It was yesterday. Agent forgot to lock last week when it was 3.25.

our lawyer(a good friend) recommended her. i really don't know since it's my DH working with her. we haven't encounter any problem but it's so early in the process. she works for wells fargo.
i can FM you the info if you want.

My mortgage broker told us the rate was 3.5% yesterday. There are a few factors that are going to determine the rate for each loan.
