When did you start nesting?
I'm a little over 34w, and can't motivate myself to do anything baby related. I don't know what it is, but I'm so lazy about this whole thing. DH keeps telling me to pack my hospital bag, order stuff online, etc. He sends me links all the time, but I still can't get myself to look at things. All we have now is a glider, 2 onsies and some bedding (but no crib yet!)
Oh, I did order a pack of diapers too.
When will I get this nesting bug???

When did you start nesting?
I definitely started nesting a week or two ago and we did a lot of stuff last weekend before we lost power. I even packed up everything that needed to be washed and brought it all to my parents' house since they have power and I could at least get that done here. I'm dying to get back home though and finish up the nursery!!

i started nesting last week...at 26 weeks...but really it was just because we were home due to the storm so we decided to take advantage of it and prepare the nursery.
Now DH is on a nesting kick (if thats even possible) and wants me to pack my bag NOW...hes crazy  but its cute that he is so excited

I had a wave of nesting in the late teens up until about a week or two ago. I rearranged my kitchen cabinets to make room for baby things, we ordered furniture/glider and started working on the nursery. I bought SOME clothing bc I know I'll get stuff at my shower and don't want to go crazy. I ordered some decor stuff but can't do much else until the furniture comes so I feel like I'm at a stand still and I think it will be this way until after my shower or the furniture gets here... whichever comes first

When did you start nesting?
I could not for the life of me get myself in the mood to do anything baby related at around 30-34 weeks then I pulled a muscle in my abdomen, and wish I did it when I could've. Now I'm strugling to get things done. Some stuff is just going to have to wait.

I started "nesting" or impulsively organizing and planning room changes for the new baby around 14 weeks or so. I was on and off bedrest my entire last pregnancy so I am terrified a time will come where I can't do these things.

Oh, I totally know what you mean. There has never really been a time that I got the urge to do a whole load of stuff. I had to push myself every time and I only could because my mom was there to help. Now, I am about to be 34 weeks as well and still have to wash clothes, pack a bag, buy some stuff from target online and get my dh to move the furniture around to where we need it to be...plus sort through other stuff that was in the babys room and needs to be put someplace else, thrown out, etc. I just sit there like a blob and although it stresses me out that its not getting done, I still have no motiviation to do it. Ugh. I wish I knew what to say to you!

nope, you're not! these are the times i wish i was super rich and could have a personal assistant to just have them do this stuff for me. lol. this is one of the reasons celebrities are able to look so good and have it all...when you dont have to wash your own clothese and shred old papework and so on, its much easier imo.

i started when we found out we were pregnant
i am crazy..
we had everything done by 30 weeks bc i was afraid they would come early and again i am nuts
everyone goes ata diff pace..u will be fine
no newborn suffered bc the nursery decals were not up

I'm 31 weeks and nesting hasn't kicked in...unless you count shopping. If nesting is shopping too then I'm doing a fantastic job.

When I was on maternity leave before the baby came. I rearranged my husband's dresser drawers. About 38 weeks pregnant !
