New! and need recommendations
Hello ladies!
First, Congrats to everyone! 
I came across this site when i was going through a rough time with my pregnancy and needed some reassurance everything was ok, which it was, so i thank you all for sharing your experiences.
I am in need of a new doctor. I have been seeing the same doctor for 10 years or so and always said that when i got pregnant that i would find a new doctor... I have one more appt with him and then i really need to switch. I'm really disappointed in him thus far- which i knew i would be.
Any recommendations for one in Nassau County? And any to avoid? male or female- my current one is male- so i may lean in the female direction but it really doesn't matter. As long as they are nice and have good bedside manor.
Also which hospitals did you have a great experience in and which to avoid? Maybe that can help me find one affiliated with a good hospital.
i had other questions and now i can't remember any!

Women 4 Women!!!! It's 4 doctors and 1 NP. The staff is SUPER nice and so are the doctors! They are in NHP and RIGHT next to LIJ. LOVE THEM!! I see Dr. Duncan but I'm starting to see all the doctors to get to know them depending who is on call the night I deliver.

I go to the Womens Health Pavillion, there are male & femal drs in the practice and they deliver at LIJ!

I'm not pregnant yet but I agree. Women for Women is great and I feel really comfortable with the staff there.

I use Dr. Nadell at Complete Women's Healthcare in Garden City and I am VERY happy with him and with the practice. I would highly recommend! They deliver at Winthrop.

Great Neck OBGYN... I really like them there and all the tests and ultrasounds are done in the office.. They have really early appointments and late appts as well!! There are 4 doctors and they are all great!!!:)

GArden City OBGYN! They have two docs (Dr. Plancher and Dr. Sherwin) and a midwife (Melanie Sumersille). They deliver in Winthrop.

I go here too and the doctor's I've met with have been a pleasure. They also deliver at Winthrop. I go to the one in Mineola but they also have one in Glen Head.

This is my practice too. I see Dr. Bell; but like the other posted said-I rotate between the doctors so I know all of them before I deliver. They staff is always very nice; and I haven't had a single problem there (I've been a patient of Dr. Bell's for about 6 years now for regular GYN stuff and the last 7 months for OB)

I go to University Plaza OBGYN in Garden City. There are two doctors: Dr. Rosenberg and Dr. Cafaro. I like both of them a lot. They are affliated with Winthrop, which I have heard wonderful thigns about.

This. I love her. My girlfriend also uses her and had her deliver her baby. She's very caring. Calls me with results instead of the no news is good news routine.

I go to Preferred Women's Health. They have offices in Woodbury and Great Neck. They deliver out of North Shore Manhassat.

I love them! I see Dr. Ostroff normally but like pp said, you see all of them throughout the pregnancy and they are all so nice.

I also use Women 4 Women. I just switched from my old Dr and saw Dr. Bell. I thought the office was great and Dr. Bell answered all my questions.
