stupid question - prenatal vitamins
Now that I got my BFP my GYN gave me prenatas to take. I was just taking folic acid and a women's multi. I also took fish oil, vitamin C, B12, and acidophilis. Am I only suppose to take the prenatal now????

Ask your Dr, you shouldnt be taking too many vitamins without discussing it with the Dr.

i wouldnt over do it with the vitamins i know you could take extra folic acid but does your prenatal come with dha? i would ask your doctor but i dont think you should take extra b-12 because my GYN told me i didnt have to take more than what was in my prenatal.

Congrats!
I'd ask because I had stopped taking my iron since its in the prenatal, but the Dr. yelled at me for stopping because I needed the extra iron.
Vitamin C, fish oil and acidopholis shouldn't be an issue, but the B12 might if there is a lot in your prenatal.

Thanks, I think I'll just stick to my prenatal for now until I go to my first appointment on 10/4!!! I'm so freakin excited! I want to tell everyone but DH is making me wait till after our first appointment. So I now have to duck calls from my parents, or at least keep them quick! haha!
