You don't have to be so uncomfortable..chiropractic helps a ton with this condition. Feel free to FM me with questions, I practice in Islip but can help you find someone local who specializes in perinatal care.

Anyone have SPD?

My sister in law is a pelvic floor physical therapist.
I was telling her about this thread and she said there is treatment for this. You can FM for more information.

Re: Anyone have SPD?

Thanks ladies. I'm actually back on strict bedrest so I can't even go out now :(. It's actually been a bit better. It still hurts a lot when I sleep at night and first wake up. And also if I walk around too much which I'm banned from doing now anyway. If it gets worse I'll look for a chiro or pt. I'm actually in the islip area. I'm just not sure I'll be off bedrest before the babies come to even get out to a chiro.

I'm glad your doing a bit better and hope you can get off bedrest soon, I know how challenging it can be. I'm right on Main st, you can look here for more info...www.chiropractorislip.com
