SPD anyone?
Ive pretty much diagnosed myself with Symphsis Pubis Dysfunction because I have all the symptoms like pain in the pubic area and right side of my groin, lower back pain, hip pain that radiate down the inside of the thighs or between my legs. It hurts when im walking, going up stairs and changing sleep positions. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, have you found any relief?
