i can't catch a break!
so you guys know i've been both using the CBFM and also temping for the last two months. things lined up pretty nicely. 4 high days on the monitor, then 2 days peak, with fertility friend and the temping showing ovulation on the second peak day.
WELL this month, i have gotten 6 high days so far... no peak yet. BUT there was a CLEAR temp spike on the 4th high day.... here's where it gets complicated - i got SICK the same day my temp spiked, and am still sick. so i cant tell whether the temp spike is due to the sickness (viral?) or due to ovulation.

i can't catch a break!
I would say that the temp spike is due to you being sick. Also you being sick may delay your ovulation.

you are so right... i didnt even think that it may delay ovulation! thanks!
ps- still no peak! just high! temp still up... still sick!!
