Out again.. ugh.
Thanks for all the help.. I am out again this month. Feeling a bit frustrated and like I am doing something wrong? Using the digital OPK and BD the three-four days after I get the smiley, but the last two months I have been out....
Should I plan to change things up a bit this next month? Should we BD sooner? I know my chances are low every month, but I figure I'll try everythig I can.

I'm so sorry! I know it's so easy to blame ourselves, but it sounds like you are doing everything right. I hope it happens next month for you! 
ETA: Are you temping to make sure you are ovulating? It's just something different I can think of that might help next month.

I think the first few days BEFORE you O are the key days- that way the "boys" are waiting around for your egg to drop.
The opks help because they let you know roughly when you will O but they're not exact. If you're not temping, I highly recommend it. I put off temping for a while and I'm so glad I did. It really helps me see my cycles more clearly.

Maybe change it up a little bit. My friend gave me some advice about making sure I BD before I get my positive OPK too. This month we didn't really get to try what we wanted to so I'm sure I'm out but we're going to try it next month.
So example better, I usually O around CD13, so we should BD on CD9, CD11, CD13, CD14, and CD16 just to be safe. Maybe give that a try?

EDT: I should add that both times she got pregnant she did this first shot and it worked.

I would start  At CD 8, every other day. That worked for me in the past. Also, try preseed!
Bd earlier in your cycle may help. Good luck!

As previous posters have said, try BDing a few days before O, as well as after the smiley just to cover your bases.
Remember, even when you're doing everything right, you still only have a 20% chance of getting pregnant. Don't get frustrated after only a few months of trying.
