Its a shame reading about these posts....I registered at BRU when I was pregnant with my son and had no problems whatsoever
same here...that really sucks, I'd keep calling and when you get a ditrict mgr or something demand something to make up for it!

Just an FYI....BBB does have a great return policy. They will basically take anythign back but when you buy something make sure you look it over and make sure its not used.
THey just take the things back and put them on the shelves. I bought something that was clearly used and dirty and I know someone who bought a PnP and it had sand in it. And I think someone on here bought something and it had vomit on it.
So as much as people think the BRU returns stink I have never had an issue with something being used when I bought it.

That is awful, I would be so frustrated!
I wanted to say though that I've never had any issues with BRU. I only registered there and have only had positive experiences. I go to the Bohemia store and everyone there is really helpful. I've had people there go above and beyond for me many times, have returned plenty of items even without a receipt/things not on my registry. I also don't get all the complaints about their coupons. Yes they exclude some brands, but those aren't brands I buy everyday and BBB does the same. I get plenty of diaper and wipe coupons from them too so I don't care that those are excluded. I just wanted to reassure those that already registered there or were considering it that you aren't guaranteed to have a bad experience!

crazy so many people have problems with them, generally I hate shopping at BRU bc I think their sales people suck big time, they are not very friendly and not well trained at all, but I have to say I never had any problems with the registry, was registered there for my first and now again, they have been so good, and they always match the price if I find something cheaper at other stores or their online store, so that's great. I hear their return policy from the registry is bad, but never needed to return anything, so not sure.
of course now that I posted this I'm sure I'll experience some kind of problem with them
