What clothes did you put on your registry
We are team  so I expect to get a lot of girly outfits not on the registry - my mom and sister already got us some stuff.
What, if any, type and how many clothes did you put on your registry?
I was thinking of doing the 5 packs of white onesies in short and long sleeves in newborn and 0-3 months. I also put on a 6 pack of white socks.
Are you registering for more clothes/outfits or just assuming people will buy this stuff on their own?

We're team  so we just put some basics such as long and short sleeve onesies in newborn and 0-3 like you said, a couple of one piece footy pj's, and a few gowns bc I heard they make night time changes a lot easier.
I plan on buying more gender specific clothes once the baby is here and I know what is is, but I wanted a few basic items so I can wash them and have them ready for when we first come home

We had some basics like a pack of onesies and socks on our registry, but no one bought them. It's pretty hard to find clothes from a registry any way since theres no aisle number listed. But we ended up getting a ton of newborn and 3 month onesies plus we got like 60 pairs of socks  It seems people really like buying baby socks, and I don't think our little girl will even be able to wear all the socks she got before she grows out of them!

White onesies. Long and short sleeve. And one pack of corful onesies because I got scan-happy. That's it. But between my mom and I buying stuff, these girls have a full wardrobe for the first 6 months already.

What clothes did you put on your registry
Only plain carters onesies in like 18 m the first time. We did paint the onesies at my baby shower so I already had tons that my friend bought me in all different sizes so I ended up returning them.
I suggest staying away from Gerber unless you have a premie because their clothing runs really, really small and shrinks. I always liked onesies from Carters (but they feel different depending on where you buy them) and absorba. I love the little sets from vitamin baby.
As far as sleep n plays go, some people love zippers, others love snaps. I didn't know until DD was here how much more I like snaps.
Even if you register for clothing, you'll likely not get much of what you register for. I had registered for some mets-related outfits last time and did get those, though.

i only put a few necessities as others said like a few onesies, socks, and mittens. i don't think i'll get them from anyone since people would much rather buy the "cute" outfits

All I put on there was onesies.. BRU told me not to put anything that's on a hanger my registry because it's considered seasonal and may not be there when people start shopping. Thanks for reminding me about socks! I totally forgot to put them on there!

too tough to find the clothes.......I'd say just keep socks, onesies and sleepers for 0-3 months.
people will buy outfits once the baby is born.

Don't even bother with socks. People love to buy little girls socks, and we had four million pairs for DD. She was a winter baby and rarely wore them b/c I had her in sleep-n-plays for the first few months anyway. (It was COLD that winter!) I'd stick to the white onesies, maybe a few side-snap tees, and some all-weather stuff for when they're older (overalls, jeans, leggings, etc). People are going to buy tons of little frilly outfits no matter what you do though.

What clothes did you put on your registry
Layette- onsies in sleeveless, short sleeve and some long sleeves- all sizes from NB to 12 months. I put some sleep gowns/sacks, pajamas, socks, and hats, too on there. Nothing else. People always say you get too many clothes..
