We re-fianced today.
Only the notary was present.
We did not tip. The signing took ten minutes.

We have done it twice and didn't tip. Their fee is part of the closing costs.

We wound up tipping $40 to the title processor. Everyone I talked to said $100 but that wasn't happening!
