Looking for Apt for Mom and sister
Anyone know of an apt (pref. Legal) in a house or complex that is under 1200/month.
Would be good tenant, always on time with rent. Very quiet. No loud music or parties. They do have an indoor cat.
Looking in Suffolk county only.
One bedroom would be fine.

My recommendation (especially with a pet) is to look at coops or condos. They typically cost less than a complex. Doesnt appear to be any coop (what we rent currently) but I see a condo listed. Check out Craigslist daily.

I used to live in this complex 10 years ago with an ex boyfriend. It was a lot of med students from stony brook. We really liked it and our unit looked just like this one like exactly like it, it was the last unit on the left.

I manage the office for an apartment compex in Holtsville our 1 bdrms are 1,100.00 includes heat and hot water. They are very big in square footage. FM for more info if you'd like
